Workbench error

I'm sorry, I forgot to include the error.  The error is:

(SQR 5528) ORACLE ORLON error -1019 in cursor 0:
   Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-01019
(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.


Has anyone seen this type of error with Workbench?   I can connect to the
database via File, Logon Database and can see the tables and field names.
But then I try to run the report I get the following error.  Please let me
know of any thoughts you may have.
